Covered & Semi-Covered rental clients receive 24 / 7 access. Open-Air rental clients have access to the facility from 6a – 9p 365 days a year. Open-Air renters can request 24 /7 access for an additional fee of $25 per month.
Q: What are the office hours?
The office is open Monday – Friday 9a -4p, Saturday 9a - Noon with the exception of a few Holidays.
Q: Can I open the gate with my cellphone?
Yes, this feature is included for all of our rental clients. Please contact our office for details on this feature.
Q: Is there a charge to use the Dump Waste Station?
Covered & Semi-Covered rental clients received unlimited dump station usage included in their monthly rental. Open-Air renters there is a fee of $10 per time or $20 a month unlimited usage. We also offer some annual packages. Please contact the office for additional details.
Q: Do you have water onsite?
Yes, located at the dump waste station there is water. This is City of Mesa water. Please keep in mind that hose that is attached to the water may have previously be used to wash out gray or black tanks. You are welcome to use the water though, Happy Wife Storage isn’t responsible for any contamination. I would treat the water as non-potable water.
Yes, we offer propane for sale during office hours. Monday – Friday 9a – 4p, Saturday 9a - Noon. Just swing by the office and we will be happy to fill your tanks. The propane fill tank is located just south of the trash enclosure.
Q: Can I use the Air & Vacuum machines?
Yes, these amenities are included for all of our rental clients.
Q: What are your rental terms?
We offer month to month leases with a 10 day notice. What that means is if you provide us notice that you are moving out 10 days prior to the 1st of the coming month you will not be responsible for rent on the 1st. If you provide us notice within that 10 day notice period or any other time during the month, you can move out at your convenience but there is not proration or refund for the move out month.
Q: I need a storage space in the middle of the month do pro-rate?
Yes, the move in month is pro-rated based on number of the days left in the month. This provides everyone with a billing date of the 1st of the month.
Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Rent is late on 5th and there is a $15 late fee. Approximately 10 days before the 1st of the month you will receive a rent invoice. Approximately 5 days before the 1st of the month you will receive a reminder. These notices are sent via e-mail and text.
Yes, our entire facility is lite from dusk to dawn with LED lighting. We also have digital security cameras throughout the facility for added protection.
Yes, the entire facility is completed fenced with an 8’ tall concrete security fence.
Yes, we have an exterior restroom. It is located on the eastside of the 2 story office building next to the drinking fountains.
