In October of 2017 we started the process of identifying the ideal location for our RV storage site.  In June of 2018 we secured and acquired our 12 acre site on Sossamann in Mesa, Arizona. We have spent the past several months working with our architect, civil engineer, City of Mesa and Maricopa County to obtain approval and permits.  As of April 2019 we submitted plans and are waiting for final construction approval and permits.  Construction should begin early to mid-summer 2019.  We opened October of 2020.

We visited many existing storage sites and surveyed clients all over the Phoenix Valley, to identify the most important storage features and amenities clients were looking for.
